Also, some other good information about the next America’s Got Talent episodes:
“America’s Got Talent,” airs Tuesdays (9-11 p.m. ET) and Wednesdays (9-10 p.m. ET) on NBC.

Plus, this interesting bit of information about the America’s Got Talent ratings:
So far this summer, the Tuesday and Wednesday editions of “American’s Got Talent” are the #1 and #2 series on ABC, CBS, NBC or Fox in total viewers, while ranking #2 and #3 in adults 18-49, behind only NBC’s “The Voice.” Versus last year, “America’s Got Talent” is up in adults 18-49 by 14 percent on Tuesdays (with an average 4.1 rating vs. a 3.6) and up 27 percent on Wednesdays (4.2 vs. 3.3), according to “most current” averages from Nielsen Media Research. In total viewers, the show is up 17 percent year-to-year on Tuesdays (14.5 million vs. 12.4 million) and 21 percent year-to-year on Wednesdays (14.3 million vs. 11.8 million).

Looks like based on those numbers we can bet on America’s Got Talent 2012 (Season 7).

Dont see the appeal with Anna Graceman at all. Her singing is not all the great and I dont think that she has any star power.

Loved Miami All Stars, Snap Boogie, although the Sandou Russian Trio Bar scares the crap out of me, but they are incredible. So those top 3 are spot on in my book.

I think the judges were really pushing Sandou Russian Trio, and Anna graceman, I thought the russian bar act could have used a couple more tricks, it was not as intense as the last time. but overall in my opinion the top 4 acts did end up making it through!

Anna Graceman is incredible for any age let alone 11 years old. Check out her youtube page. She has been writing songs since age 6. She has a huge following on youtube. America definitely wants to see her! She has millions and millions of views on youtube.

I cant stand Piers Morgan this season. He is grating on my last nerve. I can barely watch the live shows any longer and will have to start DVRing them to fast forward. I think he is starting to hurt this show, rather than help it. Maybe his CNN gig is going to his head and he thinks now he is all that. Well he aint all that in this house thats for sure.

Just my personal comments here, but I don’t really care or want to know about anybody’s personal stories, and I don’t get to hear them because this drives my husband crazy so I tape the shows then we watch them the next day.

It truly is ALL ABOUT THE TALENT, having said that, why did Professor Splash go through, yet the wonderful magician Seth Grabel fell by the wayside.

So far I agree with most of the choices, but I am beginning to get a bit nervous for some of them.

My favorite so far has been DANIEL JOSEPH BAKER, he is totally amazing, awesome, natural talent and what a voice this guy has. He plays piano, and definitely has a FIERCELY great attitude. The stage was made for him, it’s like he comes out of his shell and just lets everything rip… Luv this…

He is very humble and I sure hope that America sees this, so far, he was the one who has impressed me the most that actually got through.

Having said all of this, does anybody know if and when the YOU TUBE acts comes on and also will there be WILD CARDS (in case some of the acts gets injured or cannot perform for whatever reason), I would love to find out and I cannot seem to locate this information anywhere.

      Can anyone enlighten me. Thanks…

I forgot about Splash getting taken over Seth. I meant to mention that in my latest writeup. I agree completely.

I’m not such a huge fan of Daniel. He’s definitely got some spunk, but I’m not a fan of his voice.

I think the YouTube acts come in the next round. They just add them in to the other acts that perform that night like they did with Jackie. We’ll see if they do wild card. I love when they do.

      Hi John

We have not posted to each other since last summer and we were discussing the X-Factor with Simon Cowell, that will be sooooooooo interesting for me.

Getting back to AGT – thanks for the reply to my post. I know that many people do not really like Daniel Joseph Baker, I just think he is talented and so very adorable. His voice is unbelievable, just my personal view & comments on him.

Thanks for the insight about the YouTube acts. I did not recall that they just added the YOU TUBE acts with the others. I certainly hope they do the WILD CARD, it is such fun and very surprising when they do that.

Nice posting with you again John, you are always such a gentleman, and very tactful.

Take care and I am sure we will be posting to each other again, (especially after the results tonight).

ALso, did the Russian Trio trapeze (I know that’s not their name) but were they not on AGT a couple of years ago, and the girl was hurt and they had to pull out of the competition. I just seem to remember that for some reason.

Yes, Russian Bar Trio was on a previous season. This is a different trio (officially called the Sandou Russian Bar). You obviously didn’t read my post from last night: http://www.pureamericasgottalent.com/2011/08/02/americas-got-talent-2011-top-48-analysis/

      Hi John,

You are so correct, I did NOT read your post from last night. As I mentioned earlier, I always tape the shows and my husband and I watch the show the next day and at least I am not half asleep.

Sorry for being so ignorant and not replying to you, but I get up at 6 am (very early) to go my fitness classes daily, so I am pretty tired and enjoy the show better on tape.

That way, I don’t have to watch commercials, etc.

Thanks again and once again I apologize to you.

      Hi JOhn,
I have not posted this season yet. Waiting to see a few things. This is only my opionion so do not blast me but I think this is the most boring season ever. There is no really good, knock your socks off good talent this year. I was at the auditions in LA and Tacoma and saw a lot of really good talent while waiting to audition and I saw no one who made it through. I know there was lots of good talent out there and am surprised that n o one from LA made it through…. I could go on with my comments but the last one I will make it where are all the magicians that we saw last year. I think Fremantle wanted to change the show up a bit and ruined it…..The type of acts they looked for this year changed everything and not for the better…. Just my opinion…..
