Agreed. The judges were disgusting with her innocent comment.

P.S. 40 minutes of commercials wasn’t enough? Did they REALLY need to put the Honey Nut Cheerios bee on screen and the Honey Nut Cheerios logo on screen when Nick was interviewing that singer contestant????????

I must’ve missed this comment. I was watching on and off, got sidetracked at one point.

Could someone pretty please tell me what have I missed here? Did one of the judges made this comment about inner kitty cat? In which context? Thanks

The whistler lady innocently said her inner kitty was very satisfied or happy or something like that and the judges went wild with laughter and this was in an inference to a female body part that’s another word for kitty cat from days of yore. Howie told her she was a “dirty lady” and was laughing the whole time. I don’t think that sweet old lady even had an idea as to what he was referring to. It just disgusted me. My young son asked me what was so funny about her remark and I couldn’t answer him. I told him that I didn’t get the joke. I hate male references to women’s bodies when they are derogatory. Women shouldn’t go along with the laughs at our own expense.

Oh StevieCat…maybe it was just you that made the inference. I think the judges didn’t know quite what she meant and that’s why it was so funny. Plus, it wasn’t the males referencing women’s bodies in a derogatory way. In fact, the males didn’t reference her body at all. She did.

Plus, let’s not think that she’s some innocent little old lady. Go and check out the book that she wrote. I’m sure she enjoyed the whole thing just as much as the judges.

kitty (oh the irony of the name),
I’ve embedded the video in the post above if you want to see it.

John you are being WAY naive if you think the judges didn’t know what that reference was!! Sharon Osborne??? Are you kidding me? And Howie is the one who really ran with it.

I may have been wrong in my assessment of the old lady but the judges most certainly knew what they were laughing at.

Honestly, I’m not really sure what she meant either. I can imagine some stuff. Maybe the older judges knew better. My point isn’t that the judges don’t know what the comment my reference (maybe they do) but they didn’t know if she meant that reference or something completely innocent. That was the awkwardness of the moment that I saw. Like they were thinking, did she really say that? And does that really mean what I think it is?

Either way, the moment was absolutely hilarious for me because everyone was in such an awkward position.

All they ever had to do was ignore it. It was disgusting.
