One of my readers and a faithful Donald Braswell fan sent me some good information on Donald Braswell’s schedule. She told me that Donald will be appearing in Vegas on May 19, 20, 21 and 22, at 8:00pm as a guest artist on Terry Fator’s show at the Mirage (read about Terry Fator’s grand opening at the Mirage). That should be a pretty cool combination night.

I’m hoping that I can possibly get some tickets to she show so that I can give everyone a full update about Donald Braswell and Terry Fator. I may even see if they’ll be available for an interview or something. We’ll see what we can do. Either way, I’m excited to see them in Las Vegas.

Donald will also be performing at the “Symphony of the Hills” Concert in, Kerrville, TX. It will be on Jun 27, 2009 at. 7:30pm . (There may also be a 2:30 concert in the afternoon.)

Donald will be performing a Pops concert with the Symphony of the Hills (Kerrville’s 70 piece symphony orchestra) at the beautiful Cailloux Theater. Kerrville is about 60 miles north west of SA in a
lovely hill country setting. This is a benefit concert with proceeds going to scholarships for students at Schreiner University.

On May 29, Donald will also be performing in a televised show with other contestants from Americas Got Talent. The show will be airing from Los Angeles. I hope that Donald fans will send me a note when they get more details on this show.

Donald Braswell fans should also check out the Donald Braswell Fan Club Calendar and the Free Donald Braswell music on his MySpace page.

UPDATE: I got word that Donald’s performance in Las Vegas at the Mirage has been postponed. Let’s hope it gets rescheduled soon.

Hi John! Thanks for your update on Donald Braswell. I know you have been hoping he would come back to LV, so now you have no excuse for not seeing him in one of Terry Fator’s shows at the Mirage next month. When I first saw Donald on AGT, I thought he was just another brutally handsome, superbly talented opera singer/musical theater performer. Now we know he is so much more than that. He is probably the most versatile singer and all-around entertainer I’ve ever seen. You will think so too when you see him make the Elivs moves! Good luck in getting tickets, and in getting interviews with Terry AND Donald. We’ll be waiting to read your comments!

Thank you so much for putting the new info on Donald
Braswell, such very good news. I just checked out the myspace link you gave.
What a multi talented brilliant artist Donald is. One day I hope to see him in Canada.. I saw him on PBS and ordered his DVD, where he talks about the accident that took away his voice and his Opera Career.
      Cheers Ann

This is thrilling news! I’ve been hoping that this amazing man would be coming back to Vegas, I was blown away by his concert at the Hilton in February, he really can sing absolutely anything, he is so talented and versatile. I hope so much, John, that you get a chance to see him at the Mirage in May when he makes those guest appearances on Terry Fator’s Show, you’ll be hugely impressed I promise!

Hi John, Thanks for posting the information that I sent you about Donald’s next performances. I really hope that you get the chance to see him in Vegas. He is the most amazing performer I have ever seen. Donald’s voice is magnificent, and he is so charming and charismatic. When you see him, you will understand why his fans love him as much as we do. I will let him know that you are interested in interviewing him, and, I am sure that he will give you that interview if he is able to.

Ok, I get it. You want me to see Donald. Let’s hope I can find some free tickets. I’m not sure I’m going to pay full price to see Donald only sing a couple songs. If I hadn’t seen Terry Fator already, then I might think different. However, I have seen Terry. So, I’m not going to be paying full price to see Terry again just to see Donald sing a song or two. Make sense?

      Anyone know Donald’s PR person?

Thanks for the great news on Donald Braswell. Many of us will be visiting your site for updates. I look forward to your critique on his appearance in Las Vegas. Donald is one of the most versatile singers I’ve ever heard. He has such a beautiful operatic voice and can change the next minute to singing an Elvis (with all the moves and more) song. I read somewhere he is a better Elvis than Elvis. I know you will enjoy his performance. I saw his PBS show his talent is…the only word I can think of is amazing. Not many opera singers can do what he does. I hope you will be able to see him perform I know you will enjoy every minute of it. One of his most beautiful songs is the one he wrote. He is very generous with his time performing for many charities. Not only is he a great singer he is a great human being.

Anyone know when the 2009 America’s Got Talent Show is in Vegas? What dates? Which hotel? How do we get tickets?
      Thank you!

    9. # John commented on July 22nd, 2009:

      Brenda,
I’m sure it’s far too early. They didn’t announce the show last year until basically the finale of America’s Got Talent if I remember right. Maybe even after that. Just keep checking back and when we see it we’ll post about it.
