Video from America’s Got Talent DC Auditions

The Washington DC press has a really cool video showing off a number of the people who auditioned for a chance to be on the next season of America’s Got Talent. I love the variety and talent they showcase in these clips. My favorite is the third guy who’s playing the guitar like I’ve never seen a guitar played before.

      If you have not seen the movie “August Rush”, then you need to see it. If you liked the guy playing the guitar flat on his lap like that, you get to see alot more of that in this movie. One of the BEST ever movies I’ve ever seen!!

      I did see “August Rush” and loved it. However, in a movie you can’t really believe that he’s doing it. Seeing this video seemed more real.

      My daughter came home from that movie and immediately had my husband de-tune one of his acoustics so she could play like that. You can get alot of amazing sounds out of the instrument playing it that way.
